Rates:
Our rates depend on the language and the degree of difficulty of the text to be translated, whereby the higher categorized language is the deciding factor. The total number of lines is established by a Text Count program on the basis of whole lines of 53 keystrokes, including spaces. All prices are VAT exclusive.

Delivery:
By email in all popular file formats – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, PDF etc.

Dates for delivery:
We are well-known for our adherence to deadlines. If a delivery date should nevertheless be delayed (say in the event of a translator's illness) we can undertake no liability.

Express orders:
In addition to the price per line and depending on the scope and date for delivery, an additional charge will be made of from 30 to 100%.

Checking of texts:
Linguistic and technical checking of external texts. Proof-reading. Checking of external translations.

Authentication work:
Notarial attestation / Apostil (higher authentication by the Cantonal Chancellery).

Quotes:
Prices quoted are for guidance only; the job will be charged in accordance with the effective number of lines translated. Any deviation from the amount quoted in writing will be limited to a maximum of 20%.

Complaints:
These are only possible within 20 days of completion of order. Where justified, IBS will task another translator with the correction of the text or will make recompense in kind. Further demands for compensation are excluded.

Payment terms:
10 days net from date of invoice
